What payment methods can I use?

Major international credit and debit cards such as Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Mongolian local payment methods will be added later.

I want to cancel my order.

You can cancel your order before the product ships from Korea (within 24 hours of completing your order). Once international shipping has begun, cancellations are difficult, so please purchase carefully.

How long does delivery take?

After being dispatched from the Korean logistics center, it takes an average of 4 to 7 business days to reach Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. However, there may be some delays depending on flight schedules or customs clearance.

What about customs duties and VAT?

In accordance with Mongolian customs regulations, customs duties may be incurred when purchasing goods exceeding a certain amount. If customs duties are incurred, you must pay them directly as instructed by the local customs office.

I don't like the product. Can I return it?

Returns due to a simple change of mind are possible within 30 days of receiving the product. However, a refund will be issued after deducting the round-trip international shipping fee back to Korea and administrative costs (15,000 KRW). (Must be unopened/unused.)

What if the item is delivered incorrectly or damaged?

If you contact our customer service center with photos of the damaged area within 7 days of receiving the product, we will promptly arrange for redelivery or a full refund after verification.
